Leasing Questions

No appointment is necessary to tour our community; however, it is always appreciated if you call ahead to ensure we are available to provide adequate time for you to tour and ask questions. Please arrive no later than one-half hour before closing if you would like to tour the property. Everyone over 18 must have a valid photo ID to tour the community.

Our apartment homes are priced individually based on the amenities and features.

Application fees are $50 per person 18 and older occupying the apartment. You may pay these online by credit card or in our office with a cashier’s check. All application fees are nonrefundable.

You can apply online by finding the "Floor Pans" button on the left-hand side of the main menu on our property website, or apply now.

Residents will pay $10 per month for trash. Residents are responsible for gas, electricity, and water/sewer. Our apartments have electricity through Consumers Energy. The gas is billed through Tiffany Woods Apartments (you will receive a bill monthly and can pay it with your monthly rent).

Security deposits will vary depending on qualifying criteria. Our security deposit ranges from $500 to 1.5x the monthly rent amount.

Rent is always due on the first, and a $50 late fee is assessed on the 4th of every month (even on weekends and holidays).

You can pay rent by setting up your online account on our website. This allows you to use a bank account (no fee) or credit card (with fee) to make payments.

At Tiffany Woods Apartments, we welcome up to 2 pets per apartment. Both cats and dogs are allowed. Breed restrictions apply; please get in touch with the office. Read more about our pet policy!
